The CMS Medicare Shared Savings Plan, Prospect ACO Rhode Island, will cease to operate after December 31, 2025. Beneficiary Medicare rights and Medicare benefits remain unchanged. Beneficiaries may continue to receive care from any healthcare provider, practice, or hospital that accepts Medicare – including current providers.
